I currently live in Savannah, GA. For the last 20 years, I have lived and worked in several places. Since I grew up only in Mt. Lebanon, then raised my kids in NJ, after they graduated from college, I decided I should spread my wings and fly!

I was a schoolteacher for thirty years and retired a while ago. I taught in Freehold, NJ, Escambia Schools in Pensacola, Santa Rosa Schools in Gulf Breeze, and finally Scottsdale, AZ. By the end of my career, I had taught just about every grade from K-8! In the last half of my career, I became a Gifted and Talented Specialist. Most of my years were spent teaching middle-schoolers, where I earned my wings to enter Heaven's Gate sometime in the future! I moved to Austin, TX, after I retired, and worked as a part-time consultant in the Advanced Academics Department where I "graduated" to teaching teachers!

I couldn't wait to quit working, but have found there are aspects of education that I miss. Mostly the belief that I was contributing to society in such a positive way. I worked in lots of schools over the years, but never found one as special as Mt. Lebanon! I am so proud to be a Lebo graduate! I find I can easily pass almost all of the Facebook Quizzes, which they say guarantees me a spot in the top 2% of Americans!!! Who knew my education would serve me so well?!

Dr. Seuss asked, “How did it get so late so soon?”
Our 70’s??? Unbelievable!
Hope you will be surrounded by people you love on this birthday. I wish you many more!

I wish you all PEACE and LOVE this holiday. I am so glad we went to school together; looking back, those days were perhaps the best of my life. Remembering those early days brings me endless joy as we approach the winter of our years. ?? LIZ

Hey Jim. Just a note to send you a belated happy birthday! I thought of you, but my password wasn’t working. (More likely I had forgotten it....). I hope this new year brings you much happiness, and good health.
I’m wondering how you like your new house? Hope the move went smoothly.
It was over 80 degrees here today! Maybe next year’s reunion should be a little later for you Yankees!!!
Hope we can all get together, again, next year. Next time you can bring Val.

Thanks a bunch for sharing your last photo of the Senior Day car loaded with all of the friends! I love to look back on those old memories! (I especially enjoyed the graffiti- specifically the SRT!!!)
