I taught Spanish for 28 years in Mt Lebanon and enjoyed every moment. In total, I taught for 40 years. Bob and I raised our five children in Mt. Lebanon. They all enjoyed their experiences at Lincoln and then at Markham. 4 graduated from Mt Lebanon and one from Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio.
Three of our five children live in Lebo. That also includes 9 of our 13 grandchildren ranging in age from 9 to 24. Today I am also a part of the LLL’s , the lovely, ladies of Lebo. They are gracious, caring and so generous.
Bob and I have traveled to Spain, Italy and Ireland, and we spend 3 to 4 months in Estero, Fl. I continue to practice my Spanish with my Spanish conversation group in Lebo. I also am working on my Italian on Duolingo.

My birthday is March 15, 1946. I was young for the class of ‘63, but I wouldn’t change a thing.
I arrived in Lebo going into 9th grade. What a shock! My parents, my brother and I had just returned to the States from Venezuela. I had 10 students in my 8th grade class, therefore the shock of entering Mellon. I made friends and that helped a lot.
